This incident occurred March 5, 2026 at 9:08 pm MST. Downtown at Union Station Denver Colorado USA. RTD (Regional Transportation District) arrest homeless man across from the A line (airport route). I had just missed my train. When I was walking towards the station I saw security running away looking for someone. Then I saw two security officers and a police officer holding a man against a wall. The arrested man was screaming I did not do anything and I was 100 yards away from them. I was expressing my first amendment rights. Complaining about his eyes burning because they pepper sprayed him. The police saw me recording then let the man go. officer N. Larkin #2444 was in the video. I do not know who the black officer was but I am going to get name and badge number. I am requesting body cam footage & incident report. I spoke with the man briefly gave him money and my phone number. He said he would text me and then I told him to take care of his eyes. He went to the bathroom to rinse his eyes. Ambulance came and multiple police cars when officers released him. He might have refused medical service.
