I first off want to say if you are in a domestic violence situation please seek and get help especially if you have kids. Do it for everyone including yourself. Pray for & help the kids who are growing up in a domestic violence environment.

I also need your help in reviewing the body camera footage & learning what local police procedures are. I need some tips. I definitely uncovered government waste, corruption & possible time card fraud.

Update 2/12/2026 : According to Denver Citizen Oversight Boad, RTD does not have the authority to arrest anyone off of their properties. The domestic incident occured two blocks from union station. RTD does not even have authority to enforce city ordinances & execute arrest within Denver. The Executive Director of Public Safety gives specific & narrow enforcement authority. RTD currently pays for Denver Police working secondary employment (OFF Duty) to ride with them on specific shifts to provide immediate enforcement & arrest services. This is the ONLY publicly available document that I have able to find that specifically states that RTD pays for Denver Police service's! RTD DOES NOT I REPEAT DOES NOT have a publicly available Police Operations Manual that I have been able to find online. Denver police has a publicly available manual.

The arrest may OR may not have been illegal especially when the incident did not even happen at Union Station. The RTD officers should have left the detained woman with Denver police and continued patrol & keep passengers safe.

It is my opinion that RTD was trying to act tuff, over step authority & act like they were Denver PD. That is why they Allegedly lied about multiple people flagging them down. In order to make the arrest. I spoke at multiple RTD board meetings about the issue. Videos uploaded soon. See links & images below.

Since I last wrote the story I got El Paso county court records, 4 different RTD police body camera footage, & RTD arrest reports. I am working on getting the alleged 911 or police calls because their was no report of a weapon. Omyria had no weapons or drugs. Omyria had a felony warrant for open case of Assault out of El Paso County (Colorado Springs) on her boyfriend / baby's father. The same boyfriend she had the alleged Domestic Violence incident with at downtown Denver. Police did not know that before arresting Omyria. They found out after handcuffing her and searching her name for warrants. Police never found the boyfriend/baby's father and Omyria was not charged for Domestic Violence for the incident that day. They arrested her for the warrant out of el paso county. The mother took the child before she was transported to Denver County Jail. Their was 8 police officers who were at the scene. One of the police officers was an RTD seargent Daiker C. #2003 who covered his body camera with his jacket when we started recording. Omyria had no drugs or weapons on her. She barely had anything just the clothes on her back, baby toys & a baby stroller with a blanket. Two departments were present RTD Police & OFF DUTY Denver Police working for RTD for what they call the “Paul Unit”. Both departments transported & escorted her to the county jail. You would have thought she was a high profile serial killer & not a woman who weighs 120 pounds.

Police did try to hide her in the car when I and others started filming. Got that on body camera footage!Police officers were clearly hesitant to say their name and badge numbers while we were recording. I originally thought N. Larkin did not say his badge number until after the second time Omyria asked for it. But on body cam he said it but it was very low and soft voice. The police were clearly ashamed of the arrest. A female officer never arrived to do the pat down instead male officer N. Larkin did the pat down. Through RTD body camera footage she did grab the baby's blanked to cover the baby shortly after they arrested her but did not grab her or prevent her from doing so. The second time she did it TWO officers grabbed her. That is when I walked by & started recording. She did reach in the stroller but just to grab the top of the blanket. I only saw her grab the blanket hanging over the edge.

Child protective services never came to check on the physical condition of the child. The police did not really check the baby, immediately after arresting her. They did not check her immediately for weapons. She had no drugs or weapons. Apparently from the records I got she was booked in Denver County Jail then transferred to Arapahoe County Jail. After that Omyria got bailed out before her next court date in El Paso County. I thought it was odd that they would transfer her to Arapahoe County when they were supposed to hold her until El Paso came? From the RTD report it did appear that she also had a misdemeanor warrant out of Arapaho county (basically aurora). If anyone knows if that is regular procedure please let me know. Is Denver county jail full?

According to different RTD police officer reports, allegedly someone called 911 and said that a woman was hitting her boyfriend. The person on the phone flagged down a police officer. On the body camera footage officer L.Duran he stated that Blake 1 security officer flagged him down. But said that the security guard did not actually see the incident. Officer never said on body camera that a person on the phone with 911 flagged him down or talked to him. But officer duran’s reported stated witnesses flagged him down and talked to him. Someone is not telling the truth. That is why I am requesting the 911 call. Things looked suspicious.

Omyria was clearly having a mental break down. She intentionally banged her head 3 times on the metal cage when she was in the police car. Medics came to check her out before she was taken to the county jail. In my opinion she should have been taken to a mental hospital. The mother came to pick up the baby. I found out the baby was only 9 months old. The mother told Omyria to shut the fuck up, your going to get your ass beat and comply with the officers. I was worried about the baby because if the parents were fighting the baby could possibly been hurt due to collateral damage like the stroller getting knocked over. That is why it would be reasonable to call a professional like an ambulance or child protective services to physically check the baby.

Issues with body camera footage! Audio was cut out of the officers approaching the scene before engaging with Omyria. Audio only started until officers hit a button on their body cameras. A distinct vibrating and beeping noise was heard before full audio. All except one of the officers body cameras. Was the body camera audio edited out of the video or is their a setting on the body cameras that is always recording video but not audio until officers hit a button. From the body camera footage N.Larking & B.Cambra two officers walk past people but none of them alert them or flag them down in their video. But in their reports they stated people flagged them down (signaled). Pieces of the officers story's are not adding up! Do you think that police body cameras should always be recording Audio & Video or Just video until officers allow Audio by pressing a button?

What did the officers say before they approached the scene?

Apparently the 3 Denver police officer were off duty but working for “Paul Unit”? This includes Denver officer “Lopez” who did most of the interaction with Omyria. Why would an off duty police officer still be in a Denver police uniform? What is “Paul Unit”? Their is a lot of content about RTD police on RTD website. But I tried searching on the internet and RTD website but still cannot find what a Paul unit is? Officer N. Larkin stated in the report “Officers then contacted officer Lopez of the Denver Police Department, working off duty and operating as Paul 1 for RTD PD for booking.” This is now what I am thinking. So RTD hires and pays off duty Denver police officers to transport people to county jail booking while they are still wearing Denver police uniforms & possibly driving Denver police vehicles? Why not just hire Lopez as a part time RTD police? How much do off duty Denver Police officers get paid for working for RTD? Might be a lot more that a an ON duty Denver police officer. I looked at his rank insignia on his arm he is one step below a sergeant. Usually for a job if you are high ranking you work more hours. I later learned from the RTD Sergeants report that the other officers with Lopez were off duty Denver police. They were low ranking because they had no insignia on their arms probably rookies. Looked like they were in their 40’s kind of old to be rookie’s. The body camera footage from officer Lopez was only partly given to me. Either the Denver Police Department did not want to give it to me or Officer Lopez did not have his body camera on. You can see in my first video that he taps his button off after the first time speaking with the woman. I learned that he interacted with the RTD sergeant. But the sergeant covered his body camera with his jacket so I only briefly heard the interaction. The other off duty Denver police officers had their body cameras on for a short time. Even though both of them were with Lopez the whole time even when dropping her off at the county jail. The Denver police do not keep their body cameras on when responding to calls. Omyria was arrested & held at the union station for close to 1 hour. Denver officer Lopez had 14 minuets & 26 seconds of video recordings. The other 2 Denver police officers body camera’s each had less than 8 minuets of video length. I do not know their names or badge numbers. What was said or occurred when the 3 Denver police officers body cameras were not recording video & audio?

N. Larkin’s typed report stated that when he approached the scene a witness on the phone with 911 informed him where the woman was and that the witness said she saw Omyria hitting her boyfriend and that she seemed to be the aggressor. But on the body camera no woman with a phone or anyone was seen talking to him. N. Larkin & officer were the first to arrest her. N. Larkin thought she was the victim. On another officers body camera the officer stated that in the warrant she was the aggressor in the domestic violence case. N. Larkin looked shocked and said wait she was the aggressor? Why would N. Larkin be shocked to learn Omyria was the aggressor if a witness told larkin before arresting omyria that she saw Omyria hit her boyfriend? N.Larkin’s police report is not adding up.

From RTD dispatch notes the incident occurred at 17th and Blake street which is two blocks or .2 miles away from where they arrested her. Officer N. Larkin stated in the report that he was informed that the incident happened in front of RTD Headquarters 1660 Blake St, Denver, CO 80202. Which is near the intersection of 17th & Blake.

On B.Durans body camera footage I could clearly hear L. Duran said he went to 17th & Blake to respond to the location from dispatch. When he got their people flagged him down and reported to the incident. But the couple was not their. But on L. Duran’s body camera video when he first arrived on the scene, Duran said that a security guard flagged him down.

In my original cell phone video you can see the sergeant wearing his jacket and his body camera is on his belt loop. Why would a senior employee with a high rank wear a body camera on his belt loop? You think that sergeant would know better to properly wear his body camera on his chest. I later learn from the report his name is Seargent Chris Daiker. He specifically stated in his report that he had his body camera on and was wearing his department issued jacket. Why would the sergeant mention specifically in a typed report that he was wearing his jacket? Seems odd to mention that in a police report intentionally? Sergeant Chris Daiker makes sure to not leave any details out of a police report. His body camera was recording but he covered it with his jacket. Why would an officer cover his body camera? Hopefully not to hide any illegal or unethical activity. In my original cell phone video you can see him walk far away to a distant RTD vehicle. I only thought their was 7 police officers total but their was an 8th for a brief period of time nearby in a third vehicle. Sergeant Chris Daiker probably got scared when me and other people were recording with our cell phones and did not want to be on camera. I did not get the officers name or body camera video who was driving the 3rd vehicle. I am going to find out who he is & what rank he is. If he is high ranking it is not going to look good.

According to the Sergeant's police report he stated " I accompanied Officer Duran to Denver Union Station so he could assist officers Larkin and Cambra. Due to not being in full uniform, I only assisted in providing scene security and speaking with the off duty Denver Officers who responded to assist. This Concludes my involvement in this incident." The Sergeant did not mention that he spoke to another RTD police officer and you can see from his body camera at time stamp 35:33 I could clearly see the vehicle that the 3 Denver police officers were driving in. Then after that I got a screen shot of the vehicle number from sergeants body camera & a bad screen shot of the driver for literally 1 second of availability. See pictures below. I got to make another CORA request. The brand of body camera that officers use is Axon and I notice they make a distinct beeping noise and vibrate. When the video from the sergeants body camera cut off when going into the vehicle that same noise did not occur.

I remember seeing an older black woman speaking to him. At time 28:30 (chris daiker video) I heard her on the body camera. She was upset that me and others were recording. But she was upset that their was 7 officers arresting her when their should only be two and that it was unnecessary & just upsetting Omyria even more. On Chris Daiker’s video At time stamp 26:50 someone states what do you guys think she’s getting amp-ed up and its not helping these guys put her in. After one of the officers states that it the speech gets very low. Someone says what did you say? Then I hear officer Lopez Denver PD talk about the baby. I have officer Lopez body camera footage but it does not show this interaction with RTD sergeant Chris Dainker. I believe sergeant Chris knows that his body camera is recording but does not want to say aloud what he wants to do. This story gets real sketchy. I believe they wanted to hide her because this incident did not make them look good. But they had to wait till Omyria’s mother got the baby.

The previous RTD police chief Joel Fitzgerald got fired. One of the REASONS Joel got fired was that “He & other TOP Command Staff responded to calls without wearing body cameras”. According to 9 news interview with RTD CEO & general manager Time Stamp 1:40 (see link below). The previous police chief was black and he filed a lawsuit after being fired claiming it was due to racism.

Paragraph that has my opinion: A lot of officers were at the scene more than what was necessary. I ride the light rail a lot and see people smoking, bringing large dogs on the bus, yelling, & fighting (see my other videos). No police officers are riding the trains. I only see security guards & I found out that they cant touch anyone. The few rare times I have seen a police officer on the light rail, is on the A line to the airport. The other lines I have never seen a police officer & rarely see a security guard on the other trains. The other officers should have been patrolling or on the train. It seems that most of the RTD police & security just hang out at Union Station standing around with a thumb up their ass when they should be on the trains & buses where most incidents occur.

The 3 off duty Denver police officers body cameras were not recording the whole incident, redacted and/or not given to me. I have longer video recordings from RTD than Denver Police. The 3 main RTD officers body cameras had the longest continuous recordings. The RTD sergeant had a 36 minuet long video most of which was covered by his jacket. Denver PD does not care at all about recording. Why was their two off duty Denver police in one car with Denver officer Lopez? 3 off duty Denver police officers riding in one car working for RTD as transporters to the booking department at the county jail? Why does it take 3 off duty Denver police officers to transport 1 woman? They ended up not even transporting Omyria. One RTD police officer transported Omyria in his car, it was officer B. Cambra. What the fuck how many police officers & departments does it take to transport 1 woman? Apparently 4 officers and two departments. Probably the same amount of police officers it takes to screw in a light bulb LOL. Why is RTD Police B. Cambra transporting Omyria when officer Lopez and the other two off duty Denver police officers are supposed to be working for RTD as Paul unit that is supposed to transport arrested people to the county jail?

As you can see from B.Cambra body cam footage two Denver officers get out of the car and immediately walk into the building but not into the booking area. Lopez was going to follow them but B.Cambra calls him and says he needs help transporting Omyria to the booking. The Denver PD was not even going to help but is still getting paid by RTD. I think I allegedly just uncovered officers stealing time. Off duty officers not working yet being paid by RTD to provide booking services. Officers just standing around getting paid. Not doing their job. I searched on RTD’s website for information about “Paul Unit” or RTD hiring off duty police officers & could NOT find anything. Searched the internet, still could not find anything. The shit got real fast. I knew I was going to find something. Going to get more public records, especially pay stubs & time cards.

I think I allegedly just uncovered & exposed fraud and time theft involving RTD & Denver Police Departments. With a simple search on YouTube with the key words “denver police time card fraud” and I get a couple of old news clips. 8 years ago a sergeant and three other deputies get suspended without pay over time card theft fraud.

In Denver your taxes are paying for 3 off duty Denver police officers working for RTD to do nothing!!!! 80% of RTD is funded by sales tax. Only 5% is funded by ticket fares. They just reduced para transit services in 2025. RTD asked for more debt in 2025 to complete a project. See my video RTD doxxed me.

Conclusion: Where was a female officer. Why does it take 7 officers including a sergeant to arrest one woman with a baby. Why did the police officers want to put Omyria in the police car when I and others started filming. Why did sergeant Chris Daiker walk away and cover his body camer when people started recording the scene? Why did Chris Daiker write in his report that he was wearing his company issued jacket? Why does it take 4 officers to transport 1 woman. Why were some of the police officers hesitant to say their badge numbers while people were recording? Why did the 3 off duty Denver Police officers not keep their body camera’s recording? When they were at the scene for an hour?

The previous RTD police chief Joel Fitzgerald got fired partly for not turning on his body camera on when responding to calls. I guess if your high ranking body camera’s do not apply to you? The previous police chief was black, he filed a lawsuit after being fired claiming it was due to racism.

This story is not over. I just uncovered more issue that require more public records request or CORA request. Please file complaints against RTD & Denver Police. Please donate to me so I can pay for and spend time writing the story. All UNEDITED public records given to me can be downloaded for free on Odysee & the Internet Archive.
