Evidence Missing & Corruption in Aurora Municipal Court
Francisco's active on going case of Assault & Battery. Security camera video of the incident is missing from either Aurora Federal Credit Union and/or the city Attorney. A weapon from the alleged victim is NOT in evidence.

On July 10, 2026 at around 2:30pm an alleged assault & battery occurred at Aurora Federal Credit Union 610 S Abilene St, Aurora, CO 80012. 3 people stated that Francisco Elvis Soto was looking into cars. Security stated that it was from 1:30pm. But NO employees called the police. Instead they took matters into their own hands. No security camera video of Francisco "looking into cars" exists because Francisco Soto did NOT look into cars, is a member of the credit union and was going to get a money order for his rent. Either the city attorney and/or Aurora Federal Credit Union is not releasing the security camera footage. The alleged victims who work at the credit union, manager & security guard both had weapons. The manager,s weapon were never inspected,acknowledged, or confiscated the date of the incident. Francisco Speaking at City Council About Corruption in Aurora Municipal Court
Correction Francisco Was provided with Call & Dispatch Records, They were Recently Found. But was NOT provided with the pictures, and security camera video of him in the parking lot. The warrants were denied. Everything else is accurate.
