Incident Aurora Colorado USA March 30 2026 in the morning. Woman Attacked by 3 pitbulls was 57-year-old Hilda Lorena Cifuentes. At a duplex apartment that had a shared backyard with no fence. The front yards had a fence that seperates the two units. The neighbor in the unit right next to Hilda Lorena had the 3 pitbulls and three small dogs. The neighbor just moved in. Brenda Chacon a homeless woman saved the victim, witnessed the event and was the first person to respond. Brenda new the woman and her roommate. A friend of Brenda Chacon opened the gate to let the dogs run out of the backyard away from the victim. Brenda yelled for people to stop but cars passed and did not do anything. She then got the attention of a pedestrian and got him to call 911. The police took 20 minuets to arrive after 911 was called. even though a large police presence is in the neighborhood. The ambulance took longer even though CU Health is a 1.1miles away. Hilda Lorena might lose her foot due to amputation. Her face, arms, legs, feet are severly damaged. I called the police records department and they confirmed that their is a police report & case number which is 26-66495. I am getting the 911 call audio, call & dispatch reports, etc. I spoke at city council and informed them of this event. City Councilor Gianna Horton from Ward 1 reached out and may help out with the situation.

Update April 8 2026: The city of aurora animal care wants to charge me $187.92 for body camera footage, evidence, and documents for the dog attack incident. This is not transparency. I paid $20 for Denver police body camera video recordings and I got 3 different police officers videos for $20.
I am reaching out to 4 city council members to get this for a reasonable amount and/or FREE. I believe the tax payers dollars should pay the salary of the employees to get the records for free. If PEOPLE have to pay it should not be excessive like this. This prevents people from getting the truth. See attachment. The city worker assigned to my CORA request is Lisa Horton Municipal Records Manager. I have never seen a public records request cost this much. I put the public records that I receive online for any person to download for free. I use the internet archive and odysee.
One time I got the attorney general in Arizona to make the Tucson police department to give me records that they refused to give me. I got them for free because the attorney general got involved.
This is corruption. I just got records for free from the aurora water department.
I spoke with animal control officer Blake before I spoke at city council. I complained and told him I was going to do a public records request.
